Penny can help you unlock your potential, to work on improving thinking, behaviour - and her specialist area - performance, in many areas, whether it's personal or in business.

Penny is known for her passionate, client orientated approach and sense of humour. Drawing from a broad toolkit of techniques from the world of solution focused, cognitive behaviour, neuro linguistic programming and coaching models.

Penny has many years experience in the media and IT industries and has been a director of a number of companies in the past. It was a combination of experiences in these industries and a 13 year driving phobia, that lead her to the therapeutic and supervisory role she's in today. (she cured herself of the phobia using a combination of all the techniques and tools she learnt).

Penny's qualifications and accreditations include a BA Honours degree from Oxford Brookes University, clinical solution focused hypnotherapist (HPD), CBT & SFBT qualification and is a fully trained accredited supervisor with the NCH.

In 2010 she became editor for Hypnotherapy Today - The journal for the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, and continues in that role and one of the executive members which help drive the association forward. In 2013 she developed Metamorphosis - a magazine by the AfSFH for the public to read, download and enjoy.
