About Penny

Born in London, Penny gained an honors degree at Oxford Brookes University. She has a background in the media and IT.

After several major life changing events, which she helped to overcome using hypnotherapy, Penny went travelling to many far flung parts of the world, such as the Mojave Desert in California and New Zealand before returning to settle in the South West. (the picture of the mountain and lake above is Mt Cook, NZ)

She has for the last 2 years been running a meditation group in Bristol, to explore areas of spirituality, and this spurred her on to study hypnotherapy and psychotherapy under the Clifton Practice in Bristol.
