Community Projects
I believe that everyone can benefit from understanding some of the ideas and issues behind solution focused hypnotherapy. When working in Bristol and North Somerset, there were many opportunities to get involved with community based projects, and I have had the pleasure of working with some wonderful people, organisations, sports groups and schools, in an effort to help those get more out of what they are doing.
I have also been involved with Connexions South West and have participated in special days at Nailsea School, Gordano School and St Katherines Pill. These have fun and have had positive feedback from both staff and pupils.
Local Radio
I have been interviewed by local Faringdon radio about the work I do and in 2011 I appeared on Bristol Community Radio talking about the work done at the Harbourside clinic and money we were raising for Children's Hospice South West - where I raised £50 on the sale of my relaxation CDs.
Back in 2009 I was on BBC Radio Somerset talking about motivation, particularly the motivation for unemployed people to work or claim benefits.
If there are any subjects you feel would make good talks, radio appearances or articles, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
In 2011 I was interviewed by Joanne Mallon about my driving phobia and how I overcame it - the book is now out and Gemma Briggs interviewed me regarding it in 2013.
